Principals

Judy Levy has been a realtor in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania for over 30 years. She has raised the level of customer satisfaction through solid marketing, attention to detail, communication and, most importantly, integrity. Judy is a former French teacher with a passion for art, architecture and Real Estate. 

Carol Wilson has been assisting individuals and families buy sell homes with ease for over twenty-five years. She is unwavering in her allegiance to the highest client care from initial contact to settlement and beyond. Nationally recognized year after year for her team’s performance, she is someone you can count on for all your real estate needs. 

Ashle Wilson Bailey has been exposed to the real estate world since she was thirteen, alongside of her mother, Carol Wilson. She became a Broker after graduating from the University of Delaware. A lifelong resident of the first state, she brings her own unique set of skills to the partnership. Her strong business skills are balanced by her compassionate nature and personal service. 

Phil Epstein, Judy’s brother, who joined her almost a decade ago to manage the New Construction Division, supervises both large and small communities in the Delaware Valley with multiple builders. Using his guidance and expertise, he has helped hundreds of families with the entire process of building a new home, from lot and material selections to structural customization. Phil enjoys music and plays the guitar. 

Karl Law brings immense energy and a wonderful knowledge of housing, having come from a construction and sales-related field. A Delaware Native, he is involved with non-profit fundraising on behalf of some of Delaware’s finest charities and serves as Director on the New Castle County Board of Realtors. 

Rose Bloom has been working with Prudential Fox & Roach for a decade. She is an invaluable team member whose attention and commitment to client care is unsurpassed in the industry. A native of Delaware, Rose's familiarity with the area is an asset to clients. Her knowledge is matched only by her kindness and enthusiasm.  

Laura Robelen, a realtor since 1988, is one of a limited number of licensed brokers in New Castle County. She brings invaluable experience and expertise to the team. Her caring, insight and attention to detail are the great benefits to her clients. Laura is also a Director of the New Castle County Board of Realtors and an educator for the Delaware Association of Realtors. She is dedicated to causes like Delaware Hospice, where she organizes major fundraising events. 

Eileen Schwartz, with over 30 years of Real Estate experience in Delaware and Pennsylvania, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as well as a common-sense approach to real estate. Add a dash of compassion and a sense of humor and you will become one of the many clients who enjoy buying and selling real estate in her capable hands.  

Zanna Tilson joined the team after years with a national builder. She has the experience, skill and calm sensitivity necessary to guide clients through the decision-making process inherent with new construction. Having launched so many new communities, she also brings great knowledge to their resale values. 

Catherine Bobo began her career as a teacher and school administrator. She practiced real estate in California for many years prior to moving east with her family. She flawlessly handles the resale of homes for her clients, but has been highly focused in the region in the past few years as sales manager for new construction. 

Rachel Levy Abrams grew up in a Real Estate household. She displays the skill of a social worker, her original profession. She brings the same caring personality to her clients, coupled with a wealth of knowledge acquired by growing up and raising her own children in the area. 

Carroll Beck joins Levy Wilson with an abundance of attributes ideally suited for her position. She is a seasoned professional who seems to have an endless supply of great contractors for repairing and staging homes. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware 

Carla Wasniewski, a Delaware native, spent 25 years in nursing. She brings her tremendous people skills and compassion to all her clients. She enjoys many things that make a home special, with a love for architecture, cooking and gardening. She represents both buyers and sellers. 

Sandy Van Heest plays an indispensable role as the Closing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She makes your settlements and our office run smoothly. As a licensed Realtor who lives in Middletown with her family, she is invaluable to us in that corridor. 

Janet DiLeonardo is the backbone of day to day office activities. Her familiarity with office systems along with her polished customer service skills allow the team to work smoothly, thus enabling us to offer the finest service to clients. She also enjoys her role as a Licensed Realtor in Delaware. 

Carey Pauley began selling real estate in 2005 after a thirteen year marketing career with a major financial institution in Wilmington, DE. A native of Delaware, she brings professionalism and superior client service to each real estate transaction. Carey resides in Wilmington with her family. 

Sandi Dalton grew up in Wilmington where she still lives with her husband Eric, and three children, Brady, Reid and Ryan. She brings past sales experience, coupled with a wealth of knowledge acquired by growing up and raising her own family in the area. She is extremely excited to join Levy Wilson, knowing she has the support and experience of the " #1 sales team in Delaware " behind her.
 

Al Santoro has been a licensed agent with Prudential for 14 years. His gregarious personality and networking skills are a great asset to his clients. A native of Wilmington, he can make anyone feel at home in his hometown.
